GUEST INFORMATION
- Upon arrival at Marsh Harbour Airport, take a taxi to the grocery, bakery and liquor
stores. Your taxi driver will wait while you shop.
Provisions are also available in the settlements we will visit for restocking during your cruise.
Some grocery stores in Marsh Harbour are open on Sunday. Most of the stores are closed during
holidays. We will meet you at Boat Harbour Marina in Marsh Harbour at a time we arrange to suit your flight schedule.
Do all your provisioning on the way from the airport to meeting us, while your taxi waits, BEFORE meeting us.
- We pick up in Marsh Harbour, Elbow Cay, Lubbers or Tilloo for our day sailing trips.
Day sail trips 9:30 - 4:00. We will meet you at the Pool Bar at Boat Harbour Marina, then take you to your boat at our base at Lubbers.
- These are items you should bring with you: 2 flashlights, masks, flippers; windbreakers and light sweaters are needed in the
winter months. No hard suitcases, soft bags only. Deck shoes or no shoes only. There is a radio and CD player so bring music
if you like. Some boats have DVD, TV players so bring your DVDs if your boat has one.
Bring life jackets for small children. If you are coming for an A.S.A. course bring everything in the A.S.A. packet that you received in the mail.
Snorkel and fishing gear are available.
- US currency and travelers checks are accepted everywhere. Visa Cards and
American Express are accepted in some restaurants, shops and fuel stations,
but please ask first.
- A passport or birth certificate and proper picture ID (driver's license, etc.)
are required to enter through Customs in the Bahamas. Passports are required to return to the U.S. beginning Jan. 2007 - apply for yours now!
- All boats come with a fully equipped galley, linens, towels, toilet paper, dish soap and garbage bags.
- Please make flight arrangements well in advance and send us that information. Please include airline name and flight number so we can tract your flight the day you arrive.
