Terms:

4% tax to the Bahamian Port Authority will be added to all charters. All charters and payments must be made prior to your arrival in the Bahamas. For weekly charters 25% deposit, balance 90 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations a full refund, less a $250.00 cancellation fee, only if we are able to re-book your week with other guests. If a different boat is available that suits your group we may move you to that boat if there is a mechanical issue that forces your boat out of service. Check out 10:00 AM from Mooring on Lubbers Quarters; check in 3:00 PM. No arrivals after 6:00 PM in the day. In case of mechanical breakdown forcing us to discontinue the charter, we will give a credit for another charter with us. In event of a hurricane watch or warning posted in our area within a week of your scheduled charter we will reschedule or full refund your option. Charter to pay for diesel fuel, gasoline, water, dockage or mooring fee. Groceries and liquor not included. Tips to Captains not included (normaly 15% - 20% of the captain fee). Damage deposit (Cash or Certified check) will be required for bareboat charters. Your cash or check will be returned before you depart if there is no damage. We also offer a deductable buy down for a fee of $350. Limits of Navigation are Whale Cay to the North and Little Harbour to the South in the Sea Of Abaco. We suggest if a cancellation is a possibility you purchase additional trip insurance to protect yourself in case you have to cancel you trip for any reason. You will be able to find providers for trip insurance by searching the web. We are not affiliated with any trip insurers but do recommend this.
