Designed for relaxation and comfort, our brand new Jeanneau 410 ft. sloop perfects the art of sailing combined with unparalleled comfort on board. This extraordinary marvel offers twin helm stations which both have monitors for depth, speed and wind speed. A clutter-free cockpit with dodger and bimini canvas that provides generous shade or may be removed for sunning if desired and swim platform with pully system for ease of deployment. Pretty Lady II features unique inclined decks that allow for comfortable and safe walk-around access from the cockpit to the bow. She is fully equipped with bow thrusters, roller furling main sail, solar panels, dockside air conditioning, drop-down transom, upgraded Mantus anchor With 200 ft chain and 100 ft rode, electric winch (port side) and Davits with 10 ft dinghy with 15 hp outboard motor. She not only has dockside air conditioning she also has a generator that will run AC at anchor as well. She has a Raymarine auto-pilot along with Raymarine navigation instrumentation. The bright and airy salon is bathed with natural light from the huge deckhouse windows, hatches and ports – and every interior space features a view of the sea. She offers three private staterooms with queen beds and two heads with showers and a fold-up table with comfortable seating for lounging or dining. This beauty has a well equipped galley with a deep well 12 volt refrigerator and freezer with top and front access, dual burner propane stove and oven, outdoor propane grill and either a French press or percolator for coffee. Two additional refrigerators are included, one inside port aft cabin (and actually can work as a freezer) and the second is inside cockpit table. She boasts standard U.S. plugs throughout with 110 systems, USB ports throughout for access to 12-volt power, LED lighting, electric fresh water heads and her amenities include a stereo with auxiliary input and an portable inverter for charging your cell phones, etc. She holds 52 gallons of fuel, 140 gallons of water and draws 5 ft, 5 inches.
